Linear Cutting
Hydraulic Guillotine Motion
QC11K guillotine shears use hydraulic cylinders to drive the upper blade in a controlled linear motion. The sheet is clamped by hold-down cylinders, then the upper and lower blades complete a clean relative shearing action.
Clean Cutting Through Controlled Blade Travel
The moving upper blade descends against the fixed lower blade while the workpiece is held firmly in place. This progressive shearing motion delivers strong cutting force, stable edge quality, and efficient processing for medium-thick metal sheets.
Safety Protection
These optional photoelectric protection systems help reduce operating risk around the front feeding area, rear discharge area, and blade working zone.
Rear Light Curtain Protection
Rear photoelectric protection monitors the discharge and backgauge area. When the beam is interrupted, the system can stop dangerous movement and help protect personnel during rear-side maintenance or material handling.
Point-to-Point Protection
Point-to-point safety protection is arranged around key risk positions near the shearing zone. It helps detect abnormal entry into the protected area and adds an extra layer of safety for repetitive cutting work.
Front Light Curtain Protection
Front photoelectric protection creates a guarded feeding area for operators. It is useful when handling large sheets from the front side and can be configured to match workshop safety practices.
